Quinoa, Greens and Shroom Pita Pocket


Quinoa and Leafy Greens
  • 1 cup of quinoa rinsed and drained
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups of water
  • Leafy greens of your choice placed on veggie steamer above the rice

Set rice timer until quinoa has spirals.


Mushrooms and Tofu

Combine in frying pan or wok on very high heat, stirring often

  • 1 standard container of mushrooms of your choice
  • 1/3 block of tofu, drained
  • a generous amount of olive oil
  • a healthy dash of soy sauce
  • garlic salt
  • italian seasoning



Pita Pocket and Sauce
  • Open a pita pocket or wrap
  • Load in your toppings
  • Add Sweet Thai Chilli sauce
