Nothing new or groundbreaking, but worth mentioning. Just blend it up!
- Plant based milk to taste – I always prefer flax or hemp milk for the omega 3’s – adjust for desired consistency
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
- Spinach, or whatever greens you’d like. A “supergreen” powder would be perfect here
- 1 or 2 Tbsp of hemp hearts
- Add whatever else you’d like – maybe some turmeric with a pinch of black pepper
