Fruit Smoothie

Nothing new or groundbreaking, but worth mentioning. Just blend it up!

  • Plant based milk to taste – I always prefer flax or hemp milk for the omega 3’s – adjust for desired consistency
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • Spinach, or whatever greens you’d like. A “supergreen” powder would be perfect here
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp of hemp hearts
  • Add whatever else you’d like – maybe some turmeric with a pinch of black pepper
