Chia Pudding, Berries, and Granola

Crazy simple yet very nutritious! Chia Seeds are great for adding more Omega 3’s to a plant based diet.

  • Combine a 1:4 or 1:5 ratio of Chia seeds mixed with a plant based milk – be sure to mix after one or two minutes to avoid clumping – add vanilla or a sweetener if you prefer
  • Allow mixture to soak for at least 20 minutes in the fridge or cover and soak overnight
  • Add your choice of grain free granola, coconut flakes, banana slices, berries, hemp seeds, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, etc – whatever you want really
